Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction over Disputes)

2. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this website shall be brought exclusively before the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance, depending on the amount of the claim.

Article 13 (Language)

　The Japanese version of these Terms shall prevail as the original, with the English translation provided for reference. In the event of a conflict between the two languages, the Japanese version shall prevail.
